With Jerome Wong, Caitlyn Cuh
Social and Service Transformation
In this platform students work on developing sustainability strategies for specific service experience journeys as identified by Keppel Land. They explore opportunity and develop design solutions along the service experience journeys which will lead to a humanity-centered outcome, with a focus on the environment in the ESG framework, while ensuring the needs of the users and stakeholders are met.
In the process, they will have to prototype and test their solution in part or in whole with key stakeholders. They will also have to develop methods to measure and quantify the impact of their proposed solution.
As community managers, how might you incorporate sustainability as both a conversation as well as in your operations?
Over this 13 week course, we delved into research and development with the placemaking team in Keppel Land, prototyping, testing, and reiterating various solutions to arrive at our final playbook. Through this module we also practiced validating our findings and solutions, as well as communicating our outputs.
Explore a breakdown of our playbook as well as our process in the A0 boards below.
